气井采气树主控阀门带压解卡技术研究

摘要 天然气井口采气树主控阀在使用过程中,由于长期不进行开关操作,主控阀容易卡死,无法正常开启。现场对主控阀带压解卡技术进行了研究,提出了对阀门进行浸泡运动件、溶解污垢、两端压力平衡、主控阀开启工具、阀杆振动、U形专用解卡工具等一系列安全解卡技术,共成功解卡主控阀11只,节约阀门钻孔费用12万元以上,经济效益显著。 The master valves are usually frozen - in and can not be opened or closed normally in gas wells'christmas tree if they havenot been used for a long time. This article discusses the jam release technology for freeze - in master valves of gas wells'Christmas tree on pressure. These safety jam release technologies include dunking moving parts, dissolving dirt, balancing two ends'pressure,applying unblock tool,shaking valve rod, and U special tool,ect. So far, this new technology has been applied to open 11 master valves safely and has saved ~ 120 thousand yuan for these valvestnaking a hole to be free. The economic benefit of jam release technology application for the master valves is remarkable.
