摘要
近年来在钻井开发中,CO2的腐蚀碳化作用已引起业内关注,它主要影响水泥石的微粒结构即孔隙率和抗压强度。本文介绍了超临界条件下CO2腐蚀实验的设备、研究方法及其腐蚀机理,并讨论了碳化腐蚀的介质环境、水泥石抗压强度与环境的关系、CO2的侵入深度等问题。
Well cement carbonation corrosion by CO2 has gained the attention in drilling development recent years. The cement microstructure, especially the permeability and the compressive strength, are influenced more. This paper presents the testing equipment, procedure and the characteristics of the carbonation in supercritical CO2 environment. Moreover, the carbonation condition, the relation between cement compressive strength and environment and the penetration are also discussed in this paper.
