Welding Technology of SAFUREX

通过SAFUREX材料在尿素高压管线的焊接实践,介绍了新材料SAFUREX无缝钢管的钨极氩孤焊打底、电弧焊填充盖面的组合焊接工艺,焊接施工过程中的焊前处理、层间温度、焊接措施控制等问题。

This paper introduced a welding technology about super high_pressure steam thick tube applied in the ethane project. SAFUREX is a kind of seamless steel tube. Firstly, this paper introduce that SAFUREX tube was welded, MIT was employed to produce the firt welding seam. Then,manual welding was used to finish the later welding procedure. Many control measures and welding technologies also introduced in this paper.
