Research and design of ocean environment information processing system base on ECDIS

通过研究基于ECDIS的舰船海洋环境信息,设计一套航海保障系统,能够提供舰船基本海洋环境要素数据预报、推荐初始航向、航线环境分析、跃层分析等功能,系统功能完善,兼容性强,主要以易于理解和分析的图形、图像格式显示海洋环境各要素,结合数据库历史数据说明,具有较好的实用价值。

Applying the electronic chart display and information system （ECDIS）, a assurance system of navigation safety was developed. The system could provided many function like basic ocean environment factor information forecast, promoting initial heading, course environment analysis, spring layer analysis, etc. The system has good functions, strong compatibility, and is easy to use for displaying the ocean environment information factors with figure or image format mainly. As the system combines with data explain of history database, it has preferable application value.
