摘要
运用排队论理论,结合海河大桥上下游水域实际情况,提出了开启大桥的合理方案,对大桥调度部门可以起到决策辅助作用,同时一定程度上可以缓解过船与过车的矛盾。
In light of the circumstance of the waterways of Haihe bridge, the queuing theory is used to propose the reasonable opening and closing project which is helpful to control the time of opening and closing the bridge so as to alleviates the contradiction between navigation of ships and passing through of cars.
