介绍了中国黄骅港潮汐监测与发布系统的研究背景和意义,详述了系统的总体结构、技术方案及功能,介绍了系统使用的计算数学模型,最后展望了该系统的应用前景。
The significance and researchful background of the monitoring and issuing system about tide of Huanghua Port in China are introduced in this paper. The overall structure, technical design and function of the system are specificated. The prediction model of tide used in this system is introduced. At last the application foreground of the system is prospected.
