近20年来,我国工程建设管理领域实施的一系列改革基本上顺应了专业化、市场化、规范化、社会化的趋势,这与职业化的理念十分契合。文章尝试性界定了项目管理职业化的概念,分析了项目管理职业化的必要性,并探讨了项目管理职业化的实施策略。

In the past 20 years, a lot of reforms have taken place to improve construction project management. The ideas of specialization, competition, standardization and socialization are consist with professionalism. In this paper, the definition of Project Management Professionalism was discussed and expatiated, the necessity was explained, and suggestions for execution were given.
