侯氏黑散对ICVD兔血流变及脂质过氧化物影响的实验研究

Experimental Study of HOUSHIHEISAN on the Hemorheology and Lipid Peroxidation of ICVD Habbit.

目的：探讨侯氏黑散对兔脑缺血．再灌注模型的血液流变、血小板聚集功能、脂质过氧化物的影响。方法：体重2-3kg的纯种大耳白兔90只，随机分为假手术（Ⅰ）组、缺血-再灌注即模型（Ⅱ）组、造模后给药（Ⅲ）组，每组30只，第Ⅲ组灌服侯氏黑散悬浊液，其余两组灌服生理盐水，连续给药1周后处死，进行指标测定。结果：第Ⅲ组的指标均好于前两组。结论：侯氏黑散可使血液粘滞状态明显改善，能降低血小板聚集率，并减少血栓形成，抑制组织匀浆液中的脂质过氧化物反应，降低脂质过氧化物含量。

Objective ： To expore the effect of HOUSHIHEISAN （ HSHS ） on hemorheology of ultrastruclure change of rabbit＇s cerebral ischemia re-perfusion, platelet aggregtlon and lipid peroxidation. Methods： 90 pure flap-eared rabbits （2 -3kg） were selected and randomized into sham operation group （ Ⅰ ） ultrastructure change of rabbit＇s cerebral ischemia re-perfusion model group （Ⅱ ）, Comedeled and treatment group （Ⅲ ）, 30 rabbits in each group. The Ⅲ group were intragastriced administration with HOUSHIHEISAN, another 2 groups with NS everyday. The rabbits were sacrificad one week later and the chose targets were tested. Results and Conclu- sions： HOUSHIHEISAN was better than other two groups in reduce blood viscosity, decreased platelet aggregation, antithrombotic, in- hibitory reaction of lipid peroxidation in tissue homogenate and depress content of lipid peroxidation.
