机械合金化Cu-Zr粉末的制备及特性研究 被引量:9

摘要 本文用高能球磨的方法制备铜锆合金化粉末,用XRD、TEM方法表征粉末的组织性能。结果表明:随球磨时间的延长,粉末逐渐细化,球磨60h其尺寸约0.1μm;随球磨时间的延长,晶格畸变越来越大,球磨60h,畸变率是0.271%;高能球磨形成了锆置换固溶于铜的过饱和固溶体和金属间化合物。 Cu-Zr powder was prepared by high-energy ball milling. Powder's properties were studied at different conditions using XRD,TEM. The results show that with increasing of the milling time, the grain size is becoming smaller and smaller with its size about 0. 1μm after milling for 60 hours and lattice distortion rate is becoming larger and larger reaching lattice distortion rate 0. 27% after milling for 60 hours. During milling process supersolidus solution between Cu and Zr and intermetallic compound were formed.
