摘要 综述了紫苏醇合成的研究进展,分析了各合成路线的关键步骤,讨论了各种方法的特点,着重介绍了2,10-环氧蒎烷液相重排合成紫苏醇的各种Bronsted酸催化剂。简述了紫苏醇的天然存在、单离方法及其应用研究成果。 Progress in synthesis of perillyl alcohol is summarized with 54 references. The key reaction of each synthetic route was analyzed. Characteristics of various approaches were discussed. It is described emphatically that 2,10-epoxypinane is isomerized to perillyl alcohol catalyzed by various Bronsted acids. In addition, the natural occurrence, application and isolation method of perillyl alcohol were briefly described.
