二氧化碳气保护焊丝化学镀铜新工艺的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究立足于解决国内各厂家HO8Mn2Si二氧化碳气体保护镀铜焊丝产品中出现的质量问题,如镀铜层易锈蚀、脱落、保存期短等缺陷,着重研究了化学镀铜液的配方及生产工艺流程和条件。采取两次镀、两次拉拔抛光新工艺,工艺简单,镀层均匀,结合力强,抗蚀性能好。文中提供了碱性镀铜液配方和酸性镀铜液配方,原料易得,适应范围广,容易操作。所得的结果对二氧化碳气保护焊丝化学镀铜生产具有指导意义。 This paper studied the blending of chemical copper-plated solution and its productive procedure for solving quality problem present in the copper-plated welded wire protected by carbon dioxide gas, that is easy corrosion, stripping off and short pieserving time. Two blendings were suggested such as alkaline and acid copper-plated solutions which raw material were easily found, widely applicated and easily operated. The new technique is dragging and pulling twice, the procedure is simple and the copper-plated layer is uniform, strong bond force and good corrosion proof. Therefore, it has signifance for guiding chemical copper-plated welded wire protected by carbon dioxide gas.
