摘要
应用CFD技术,模拟水在二次节流油嘴中的流动,简化二次节流油嘴结构,采用标准k-ε模型进行数值模拟.通过对网格和算法的选择,给出合理的计算模型;通过不同压差下的流量计算,得到流量-压差曲线.数值模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好,证明了算法的正确性.
A CFD model is built to simulate the flow of water in the secondary throttle choke.The rational structure of second throttle choke is built,and the standard model is used to simulate the flow.Different grid forms and the numerical computation method are used to find out the rational computing method.The flow of different pressure differentials is computed,and the curve of flow and pressure differentials is protracted.Simulation results basically coincide with test results,which prove the computing method to be correct.
