基于支持向量机的入侵检测方法

An intrusion detection method based on support vector machines

在入侵检测系统中应用支持向量机算法,使得该系统在先验知识较少的条件下仍具有良好的推广能力.基于此,对支持向量机在网络入侵检测中的应用进行了分析,构造了以支持向量机分类算法为基础的入侵检测模型,并利用KDD99入侵检测数据进行了仿真实验,分析了该模型的工作过程.实验结果表明:该模型在先验知识较小的情况下,能够较好地检测出入侵行为.

In the application of SVM to Intrusion Detection,the generalization ability of IDS is still good when the sample size is small.The application of support vector machine(SVM) to network intrusion detection has been dealt with.The model of an intrusion detection based on SVM is presented.KDD cup 99 dataset is used to emulate an intrusion detection experiment.The working process of this model has been discussed.The result of experiment shows that it can detect the intrusion with less prior knowledge.
