适应富钴结壳微地形的采矿头失控故障分析

Analysis on the Out-of-control Failure of Cutting Head Adapting to the Microtopography of the Ocean Cobalt-Rich Crusts

摘要 富钴结壳富含战略金属钴等元素,其表面一般有微地形起伏。介绍了深海集矿机滚筒式采矿头的控制系统原理及相应的控制器。分析了滚筒式采矿头易出现的故障、故障原因,提出了若干切实可行的解决办法,并在实验中加以验证。 Ocean cobalt - rich crusts contain strategic metal cobait, and form on substrate rock face with some microtopographic variations. The principle of control system used to deep - sea mining collector's drum - type cutting head and its controller are introduced. The common failures of drum - type cutting head and reasons of the failures are analyzed. Some feasible resolving methods of the failures are proposed, and have been proved by tests.
