摘要
为了使喷浆机器人大臂的结构更合理,采用有限元法对其进行模态分析,求出了系统的前10阶振型。通过对振型的分析,提出了对结构的修改意见,使喷浆机器人大臂的结构得到优化。实践证明,模态分析的结果为机器人大臂的结构设计提供了理论依据,能有效缩短喷浆机器人的开发时间,提高机器人的设计质量。
In order to make the structure of shotcrete robot's arm more reasonable, the modal analysis on the structure of shotcrete robotg arm was carried out by finite element method, and the vibration modes from the first to the tenth order of the arm system were obtained. Based on analysis of the vibration modes, some modification opinions were put forward to optimize the structure of shotcrete robot's arm. The practice proved that the results of modal analysis provided a theoretical foundation for the structure design of shotcrete robot's arm, it can effectively shorten the development time of shotcrete robot and improve the design quality of shotcrete robot.
