双嵌段共聚物混合体系形态结构及相变研究 被引量:4

摘要 用自洽平均场理论(SCMFF)研究了由两种不同双嵌段共聚物(diblock copolymer)组成的混合体系在纳米尺度下的自组装行为.有较高聚合度的纯diblock1熔体呈层状有序结构;有较低聚合度的纯diblock2熔体呈均匀(无序)相.SCMFF研究表明,在二者的混合体系中,当diblock1的体积分数在0.7—1.0之间时,混合体系呈现层状结构;而当diblock1的体积分数在0.4—0.6之间时,体系呈现六角排布的柱状结构.这一理论研究结论与近期报道的实验结果有较好的吻合.同时,通过混合体系单体密度分布曲线和嵌段的连接点分布曲线,从理论上分析了混合体系中单体分布的细节. The self-assembled structures of the mixtures of two different diblock copolymers are investigated by self- consistent field theory. In theoretical studies of the present paper, in melts diblock 1 with high degree of polymerization forms lamella and diblock 2 is disorder due to its smaller degree of polymerization. In the mixture systems,for volume fraction of diblock 1 in the range 0.7 - 1.0, lamellar structure occurs. For volume fraction of diblock 1 at 0.4 - 0.7, cylinder structure occurs. These results are in agreement with some reported experimentally results. Meanwhile, this paper utilizes the monomer density distribution profiles and block junction distribution profiles to analyze the monomer distribution details in the mixture systems.
