离散制造业一般是指产品由多个零件经过一系列工序的加工最终装配而成的制造业子类。相对流程制造业等其他制造业子类来说,自动识别技术对离散制造型企业增加产能、提升竞争力的作用更为明显。本栏目在上期介绍了制造业信息化的相关概念,并分析了自动识别技术的应用空间。本期我们为读者组织了三个离散制造业自动识别技术应用案例,重点了解自动识别技术在离散制造业典型应用。
In recent year,more and more discrete enterprises made use of automatic identification technology to conduct management during the production process so as to solve some thorny problem such as parts tracing,material consumption and so on.This article introduces the whole process controlled and managed by RFID in the assembly workshop of Apollo Sanitary Ware in Guangzhou.During the process of utilization,molding,decorating,assembling,testing,packaging,storing,the above-mentioned 6 processes will be dynamically traced and controlled during the ordering production in this assembly workshop,in addition,utilization of RFID’s system as well provides digital support for realizing above-mentioned functions with its logical process functions.
