摘要
在我国煤炭安全生产管理过程中，井下人员的安全监测问题历来受到政府和企业的高度重视。安全的监测系统只有建立在完善、准确的考勤登记系统之上，才能实时、准确地掌握井下作业人数，加强安全生产管理，并在紧急情况下采取救援行动。现有的考勤系统一般采用刷、打卡等方式考核出勤，无法从根本上解决他人替代打卡带来的问题。同时，由于卡损坏或丢失等原因引起的漏卡问题也时有发生，这种情况在实际操作中难以被有关部门及时发现，容易导致对井下工作人数监控不准确，难以为日常或紧急状态下的管理决策提供准确的依据。
According to its irreplaceable and stable characters of iris,iris safety supervising equipment introduced in coalmines might solve some problems of miners’ re gis tratio n ever y day as they s t ar t to wo rk.B y combination of information of iris and RFID’s cards,coalminers’ attendance should be under control and safety supervising also work to some extent,only in this way should we accurately learn about all kinds of information including numbers of coalminers who are working now.At risk,they should be rescued on time in accordance with above-mentioned information.
