葡萄糖酸镁与门冬氨酸钾镁治疗充血性心力衰竭的比较

Magnesium gluconate vs potassium magnesium aspartate in treatment of congestive heart failure

目的：比较葡萄糖酸镁和门冬氨酸钾镁治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法：将５７例心力衰竭病人按随机、单盲对照法分为葡萄糖酸镁治疗组３４例（男性１４例，女性２０例；年龄５９±ｓ１２ａ）和门冬氨酸钾镁对照组２３例（男性５例，女性１８例；年龄５７±１４ａ），分别以葡萄糖酸镁和门冬氨酸钾镁治疗（均为１０ｍＬ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ）。结果：４ｗｋ后，２组临床，总有效率分别为６５％和６１％，并有显著升高血清钾、镁的作用。葡萄糖酸镁治疗后尚有升高射血分数（ＥＦ）的作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：２药均可作为充血性心力衰竭的辅助治疗药物。

To compare thedinical eficacies between magnesium gluconate and potassium magnesium aspartate in the treatment of congestive heart failure.METHODS:Fifty-seven patients with heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group 34 patients,(M14,F20,age 59±s 12 a)treated with magnesium gluconate and Control group 23 patients,(M5,F 18,age 57 ±14 a) treated with potassium magnesium aspartate(both 10 mL,po,tid for 4 wk)using singer blind method.RESULTS:The total clinical effective rates were 65% and 61% for treatment and control groups respectively.Both drugs had the effects of increasing serum K+ and Mg2+, Magnesium gluconate also had the effect of slightly increasing ejection fraction(P<0.01).CONCLUSION :Both magnesium gluconate and potassium magnesium aspartate may be served as the auxiliary drug for treating cngestive heart failure.
