葛根素治疗心绞痛

Puerarin in treating angina pectoris

目的：探讨葛根素对冠心病心绞痛病人的疗效。方法：冠心病心绞痛病人６６例分为２组，治疗组３６例（男性２６例，女性１０例，年龄５９±ｓ９ａ）用葛根素５００ｍｇ加入１０％葡萄糖５００ｍＬ中静脉滴注，ｑｄ，连用１０ｄ；对照组３０例（男性２１例，女性９例，年龄５８±８ａ）用氯化钾，能量合剂于葡萄糖液中静脉滴注，ｑｄ，连用１０ｄ。结果：治疗组临床总有效率９２％，心电图，总有效率６９％，对照组依次为７０％和４３％，组间比较，Ｐ值均＜０．０５；治疗组治疗前后心电图ＮＳＴ及ＳＴ均显著改善，心率、平均动脉压均显著降低（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。结论：用葛根素治疗冠心病心绞痛病人疗效好。

AIM:To study the effect of puerarin on coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. METHODS:Sixty six patients were divided into 2 groups:36 patients(M 26,F10;age 59 ±s 9 a)treated with puerarin 500 mg in 10% glucose 500 mL,iv,drip,qd, for 10 d as treatment group;30 patients belong to control group(M 21,F9;age 58±8 a) treated with the potassium chloride 1.59,coenzyme A 100 U,adenosine triphosphate 40 mg,insulin 8 U in 10%glucose 500 mL,iv,drip,qd for 10 d.RESULTS:The total responsive rate in symptoms was 92%and that in ECG was 69% in the treatment group,which were higher than those of the control group 70% and 43%(P<0.05).NST and ST of ECG were major improvement, heart rate and mean arterial blood pressure in puerarin group were decreased after treatment(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Puerarin is showed a gcod curative effect and few adverse reaction on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
