Concerning the cause of getting guilty about prince Liu Shuang of Hengshan in Western Han Dynasty. There are difference of records between the Historical Records and the Book of Han Dynasty. And this research can play an important part in the whole view of the permition of the relatives shelter and conceal each other in the Chinese accient and the relation of immorality crime and unfilial behaviour in Western Han Dynasty.
