乙醇对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎影响的临床分析

The effect of alcohol on chronic hepatitis B.

目的研究乙醇对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎病情的影响。方法将61例病例分为五组,分析病人入院时的临床表现、生化检测结果和B超结果。结果而重度嗜酒的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎病人丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平、B超检查阳性发现率均显著高于其他各组。结论乙醇可引起肝细胞损害,并可明显加重慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的病情。

Objective To investigate the effect of alcohol on chronic hepatitis B. Methods 61 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomized into 5 groups according to alcohol intake. The clinical, biochemical and ultrusonographic data were analyzed retrospectively. Results Serum ALT and AST levels of heavy alcohol drinker were much higher than those of ordinary alcohol drinker, and the positive rate of ultrasanography B of heavy alcohol drinker was also significantly increased. Conclusion Alcohol may damage hepatic cells and deteriorate chronic hepatitis S.
