两种手术方法治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂的比较研究

Comparison of two methods for treatment of the acute closed rupture of the achilles tendon

目的通过两种不同的手术方法对于急性闭合性跟腱断裂的治疗，观察比较两种方法的疗效。方法从1996—2005年。对37例急性闭合性跟腱断裂患者随机采用微创腱皮缝合和Kessler缝合两种不同的方法，随访时间最短1年，最长6年。平均随访时间达3年。结果用Amer—lindholm疗效评定标准进行评定比较。两组患者都取得了满意的临床效果。结论微创加腱皮缝合具有创伤小，有效保护血运，保留跟腱长度的优点。为治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂的一种较好的方法。

Obiective To use two methods to treat the acute closed rupture of the achilles tendon and to compare their results, Methods 37 cases of acute closed rupture of the Achilles tendon,which had been wounded within three days, were treated by short incision and tenocutaneous relaxing suture or the Kessler suture from 1996 to December 2005, The duration of follow -up ranged from one year to six years, The mean period of follow - up was 3 years. Results According to Amer - Lindholm criteria of therapeutic evaluation, excelleth results were obtained in this two teams, Conclution Short incision and tenocutanenus relaxing suture is an effective treatment for acute closed rupture of the Achilles tendon because of its less suture tension and more blood supply protection.
