TPC化疗方案治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效观察

TPC chemotherapy for advanced ovarian cancer

目的探讨拓扑替康+紫杉醇+顺铂(TPC)化疗方案治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效。方法对我院74例晚期卵巢癌患者采取回顾性分析的方法,将患者随机分为TPC化疗方案组(治疗组)及常规化疗组(对照组)。结果经治疗,治疗组各项数据均优于对照组,两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论TPC化疗方案治疗晚期卵巢癌的效果满意,毒性反应轻,耐受性好。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of TPC chemotherapy for advanced ovarian cancer. Methods Data of 74 patients with advanced ovarian eaneer were analysed retrospeetively. Patients were randomized to receive TPC ehemotherapy （ treatment group） and conventional chemotherapy （ control group）. Results The effectiveness of TPC chemotherapy was significant better than conventional chemotherapy （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion TPC chemotherapy has an excellent therapeutic effect on advanced ovarian eaneer, toxielty is slight, patients＇ tolerance is good.
