神经内镜在松果体区肿瘤诊治中的应用

摘要 目的探讨神经内镜在松果体区肿瘤诊治中的应用价值。方法对42例患者运用神经内镜行第三脑室底造瘘,解除梗阻性脑积水,同时在内镜下行活体组织检查以明确肿瘤的的性质。结果42例患者均解除脑积水,并同时明确病理。结论在松果体区肿瘤的诊治中,神经内镜是一种安全有效的微侵袭诊疗方法。
