后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗高龄乳糜尿(附16例报告)

Retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal lymphatic vessels for chyluria in senile patients

目的探讨后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗高龄乳糜尿的有效性和安全性。方法16乳糜尿例患者,男性12例,女性4例,左侧9例,右侧6例、双侧1例,行后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术观察手术时间,术中出血量、术中、术后并发症及手术效果。结果平均手术时间80min,术中平均出血量60ml,术中、术后无明显并发症,随访6～12个月,无复发。结论本术式创伤小、痛苦小、出血少、淋巴管结扎彻底,住院时间短、恢复快,对高龄乳糜尿患者是安全、有效的。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal lymphatic vessels for chyluria in senile patients. Methods 16 patients with chyluria （ males 12 and females 4 ） underwent retreperitoneoscopic llgation of renal lymphatic vessels. Of which 9 patients on the left side, 6 patients on the right and 1 patients on both sides. The operation duration, blood loss, complications and the therapeutic results were analysed. Results Mean operation duration was 80min, blood losses during operaion were about 60ml. No complications were observed and no recurrence was found during follow - up of 6 - 12 months. Conclusions Retroperitoncoscoplc ligation of renal lymphatic vessels for the treatment of ehyluria in senile patients is safe and effective.
