Design and Implementation of a Mobile Agent Based Network Configuration Management System

以网络管理中最为基础的配置管理为例,设计并实现了一种基于移动代理技术的网管配置管理系统,并针对移动代理在多个网元间迁移和执行任务时串行的迁移模式所带来的耗时过长的缺陷,提出了将网元分组、代理分类的思想,并行的完成网络配置管理任务。仿真结果表明,在运用了网元分组、代理分类的思想后,同时对多个网络资源做多个配置管理操作所需的时间,将有所减少,从而在一定程度上提高的网络管理的效率。

In this paper, how to design and implement a mobile agent based Network Configuration Management System is discussed. To overcome the disadvantage that too much time will be expended when the Mobile Agent migrates among resources, a method called Grouping NEs and Sorting Mas is presented. By using the method the efficiency in network management can be increased.
