摘要
在目前社会环境急剧变化的时代背景中,中国高校必须依靠战略管理团队来实现学校的可持续发展。文章从人员组成、权力结构、决策模式、运行机制等四个方面,对如何构建适合我国高校的战略管理团队进行了尝试性的探索。
Colleges ＆ universities in China must realize their sustainable development with their strategic management teams against the background of rapid changes in our society. From the following aspects--personnel constitution, power structure, decision - making model and operation system, the paper makes a tentative probe into the construction of strategic management team suited to our colleges and universities.
