摘要
本文叙述了以笃斯鲜果压榨出果汁后剩余残渣为原料提取笃斯色素的实验方法,提出了原料与溶剂的最佳配比;经纸层析法鉴定出笃斯色素的几种化学成分;对笃斯色素的可溶性、不同pH值对笃斯色素颜色的影响,笃斯色素的光谱特性、笃斯色素对热和光的稳定性、笃斯色素色价的测定等几项性质进行了初步研究。
The paper dealt with an experimental method of extracting Dushi pigment by using residue that Dushi fresh fruit was squeezed to obtain as raw material. The maximum ratio of raw material and solvent was put forward. Some chemical components of Dushi pigment were identified by paper chromatography. Some qualities of Dushi pigment such as solubility, effect of different pH, spectrum characters, thermal and light stability and color valence have been preliminarily studied.
