摘要
目的掌握某医院运行中的192Ir后装治疗机防护及性能。方法依照国家相关标准进行监测。结果治疗机储源器泄漏辐射的空气比释动能率及环境泄漏辐射的空气比释动能率均符合国家标准要求,一项性能指标经调试后达到国家标准要求。结论为保证放射治疗质量,应加强对机器的定期监测,及时调整机器的性能指标。
Objective To explore the radioprotective performance of after- loading ^192Ir therapy equipment in a hospital. Methods According to relative national standards, the equipment was detected. Results Air kerma rates of the storing container surface and environment met with national standards, one of the performance parameters after tested reached the requirements of national standards. Conclusion The equipment should be strengthened to regularly monitor for assuring the quality of radiation therapy, and the performance parameters of the equipment should be adjusted in time.
