黄河三角洲地区饮水安全及发展对策

Drinking Water Safety and Development Countermeasures in the Yellow River Delta

目的研究黄河三角洲饮水安全卫生状况及对策。方法根据地质、地貌、环境污染现状、管理体制等方面进行分析与评价。结果该地区绝大多数地面水不易饮用,可饮用的地下水资源有限。结论提出了保证饮水安全的行政、法制、规划、科学管理、水源保障、制水技术保障等对策,为黄河三角洲地区引水安全工程建设提供科学依据。

Objective To study drinking water hygiene status and management water in the Yellow Biver Delta was analyzed and evaluated through the area＇s geography, physiognomy, environmental pollution, managerial system ,etc,Results Most of surface water didn＇t acconrd with national standards, the underground water that can drink was limited.Conclusion A series d countermeasures to ensure the safety d drinking water including administration, lessl system, layout, scientific managenment are put forward. The countermeasures offer scientific evidences for the safety d drinking water in the Yellow River Delta.
