透过失业分析对人力资源重塑的思考

Insight into reconstruction of manpower by the analysis of unemployment

经过多年的经济改革,中国的经济发展模式日渐向西方的经济发展靠拢,从前西方经历的经济阵痛,亦伴随而至,失业就是其中之一。失业是市场经济条件下的一个正常现象,可以说有市场经济就会有失业,但过高失业率将成为我国重大社会经济问题,并对国民经济的正常运行产生了一定的影响。减少失业,防止社会分配不均衡的差距不断扩大,是构建和谐社会的重要措施。

After many years＇economic reformation, Chinese economic developmental system has gradually kept close to that of the West. However, the economic throes that the West has experienced are also following. The unemployment is among those and normal phenomenon. Also we can say that there is market economy, there is an unemployment. But too high rate of unemployment will become great social economic problem of our country and also impose quite effect on the normal use of national economy. It is an important measure that constitute the harmonious society to decrease the rate of unployment and prevent unbalanced gap of social share from enlarging.
