An Analysis of the Scientific Idea of Constructing Harmonious Society in China Based on Mao’s Theory of Socialist Contradiction

随着我国改革开放的深入,社会矛盾日益突出,党在十六届四中全会上适时提出了“建设和谐社会”的科学主张,这一主张继承和发扬了毛泽东社会主义矛盾学说的理论。从社会主义矛盾学说看构建社会主义和谐社会这一科学构想,无论在理论上还是实践上都有着非常重要的意义。

With the deepening of our reform, social contradictions in China have become more obvious. Under the circumstances, CCP advanced constructing harmonious society in China during the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee on the basis of inheriting and developing Mao＇s contradiction theory. Therefore, the analysis of the scientific idea of constructing harmonious society in China based on Mao＇s Inner-party Contradiction and Struggle Theory has a higher academic value and certain realistic meaning.
