农村地区普通高中发展中的教育公平问题研究

A Research on Problems Concerning Educational Fairness in the Development of Ordinary Senior Middle Schools in Rural Areas

我国农村地区普通高中在发展过程中还存在着较为严重的教育不公不现象,突出表现为普遍存在的择校现象,折射出农村地区薄弱高中大量存在的现实,反映了农村高中两极分化的实质问题。政府应强化对普通高中发展的责任,改变过分向重点高中倾斜的政策倾向,通过“抬高底部”的策略尽快实施农村薄弱高中提升计划,彻底解决农村地区教育不公不问题。

In the developing course of ordinary senior middle schools in rural areas of China, there still exists terrible educational unjustness, such as choosing schools with high quality. It reflects a fact that there are too many senior middle schools of low quality, and it also reflects the problem of polarization in senior middle schools in the countryside. The government should strengthen the obligation in developing ordinary senior middle schools and modify the policy which is partial to schools of high quality. And the government should also carry out the project of improving the schools of low quality, and solves the problem of educational unjustness.
