摘要临床通常将以咳嗽为惟一症状或主要症状,时间超过8周,胸部X线检查无明显异常称为不明原因慢性咳嗽(简称慢性咳嗽)。慢性咳嗽不仅影响患者的生活质量,还可引起多系统并发症。现对慢性咳嗽的病因及其诊断要点、临床表现、诊断程序及治疗进行讨论。
