摘要
根据黑龙江省煤矸石混合料的物理力学性能和使用它修筑道路基层的分析,认为用稳定煤矸石修筑大交通量道路路面的基层是可行的。用石灰(或水泥)稳定的煤矸石具有较好的整体性和较高的弯拉强度。稳定煤矸石具有后期强度较高的特点,故能适应交通量增长的需要。同时,文中还分析了用它作为防冻层材料的可能性。最后指出,为了使弯拉应力较小,结构设计不宜采用较薄的厚度,建议采用25—30cm以上的厚度。
The paper showed that it is possible to construct pavement base of road with the stabilized gangue mixture in Heilongjiang province and constructing the base of road. The stabilized gangue with lime (or cement) occurs better solid and higher bending quality, because the stabilized gangue has higher strength in solid, which meets the needs of traffic growing. The paper also analyses the possibility to use it as a material against cold. Finally, the paper suggests that the stabilized gangue must be made above 25—30cm in thick in order to reduce the bending stress and assure the quality of the road.
