摘要
随着我国社会经济的发展变化和高校招生规模的扩大,中医药院校毕业生出现了就业难的问题。重视并加强高等中医药院校大学生创业能力的培养,已成为中医药院校重点关注的问题。中医药院校应积极采取应对措施,深入教育教学改革,不断提升中医药院校大学生的创业能力,着力培养具有实践能力、创业能力和创新能力的复合型人才。
With the development of social economy and enlargement of college enrollment, there appear difficulties for TCM majored college graduates to seek jobs. It has become a heated topic in colleges and universities of TCM to emphasize and enhance nurturing students＇ career-exploring ability. Countermeasures should be taken to deepen teaching reform and gradually improve students＇ abilities to start their own career. The purpose is to train qualified professionals with compound abilities of doing clinical work, exploring career and doing creative work.
