摘要
目的对中医临床专业研究生进行实习分阶段临床技能多站考试的改革探索,并与传统的临床基本技能考试(即出科考试)对比研究。方法按照不同实习阶段,实行六站式考试。结果出科考试成绩比较,实验组高于对照组。结论实习分阶段临床技能多站考试的效果优于传统的临床基本技能考试。
Objectives: To conduct reform exploration on multi-station examination of periodical clinical skills in emergency practice among graduate students of clinical Chinese medicine program, and make comparison with the traditional examination way. Methods: Examination is given according to different stages of practice, six times altogether. Results: Comparison shows that students" performances in the experiment group are better than in the control group. Conclusion: Multi-station examination of periodical clinical skills brings about better effect than the traditional clinical examination of basic skills.
