摘要
股票期权将经营者的收入与公司的长期经营业绩紧密联系在一起,其在公司激励中起着重要的作用。但其实行在我国尚属起步阶段,仍存在诸多问题,因而我们有必要理性地看待股票期权激励机制,有步骤地稳步推广。
Stock option can inspirit the manager to pursue the higher outstanding achievement in the long - term. But it still has lots of limitation if we put it into practice in China. So, we should have a rational analysis to the incentive mechanism of stock option.
