以人为本:建设社会主义和谐新农村的根本点

本文立足农民,分析了农民在中国革命、建设与改革中的重要地位,指出我国以往社会主义建设中存在许多侵害农民利益的状况。因此,我们必须转变思想,“以人为本”,充分依靠和发挥农民的主体力量,使社会主义和谐新农村建设获得强大而持久的活力。

The article, based on peasants, not only analyzed the significant roles they played in China＇ s revolution, construction and reformation, but also pointed out many situations in which China＇ s socialist construction was in the state against the intrests of them. To this end, we must shift our minds into the concept of ＂People - Oriented＂ and fully rely on and exploit the main force of the peasants ,to inject strong and lasting vitality into the building of aharmonious socialist new countryside.
