摘要
本文以经济学视角,从社会保障基金的宏观、微观风险环境和内部监管环境中识别出可能影响社会保障基金功能发挥,或者给社会保障基金带来损失的风险因素,加以抽象概括,并对其相互关系进行了分析。
This paper studied the risks of social security fund under the perspective of economics, which risks would make loss to fund or weaken the functions of fund. This paper analyzed different factors in micro or macro environment which effected fund risk, and studied the relationship among such factors.
