成品油区域物流配送运行机制研究

成品油物流运行机制的改善可以给企业带来十分可观的效益,本文根据成品油特点,针对中国石油天然气股份有限公司华中地区物流管理现状,对现有机构的优劣式进行了分析,建立了华中区域物流配送整体优化体系,提出了实施后的组织机构,并进一步探讨了优化后给企业带来的优势。

The improvement of logistic operational mechanism for refined oil can make considerable benefit to enterprises. Based on the characteristics of refined oil and the logistics management situation of China National Petroleum Corporation （CNPC） in Central China, this article analyses the advantages and disadvantages of existing institutions, establishes a logistical distribution optimized system for Zhonghua area, brings forward the organizations after implementation, and further explores the advantages brought to the enterprise after optimization.
