生态工业园:我国开发区可持续发展的战略选择

建设生态工业园区是我国开发区实现可持续发展的必然选择。根据开发区的实际,我国开发区生态工业园的建设需实施以下推进战略:运用关键种理论建设特色生态工业园、政府发挥协调指导作用、推行“补链”战略完善循环经济产业体系、建立技术支撑体系、精心设计生态工业园区和以生态工业园的新形象招商引资,参与国际竞争。

Constructing EIP is the necessary choice to realize the sustained development in developing zone of China. According to the present state of developing zone, the following promoting strategies need to he implemented in the construction of EIP of developing zone： Using the theory of ＂ Key Species＂ construct characteristic to EIP; the government plays the role of guidance; promoting the ＂ Mend Chain＂ strategy to perfect the circulation of economic industry system; establishing technology supporting system; carefully design EIP; Attracting business and investment with the new image of EIP, participating international competitions.
