现代中药研发中的文化碰撞现象与系统生物学思路分析

TCM Research:Cultural Collision and System Biology

本文从认识论与方法论两方面,探讨了现代中药研发中的文化碰撞现象与系统生物学思路。提出在世界一体化的宏观背景下,我们既要认识科技文化多态性的这样一个事实,又要以“疗效中心论”为基础,重视本土科技文化的发扬,不要盲目发展“高”、“精”、“尖”而忽视复方制剂的研究及其可能产生的社会经济效益。在新的医学模式下,我们还应大力发展系统生物学,使之与传统医学互补从而推动传统医学研究方法的变革,在此基础上才有可能发展出更好的现代中药研发方法。

In this paper, cultural collisions and system biology appeared in modem TCM research are discussed, from epistemological and methodological angles. Authors believe that in today＇ s world where integration makes a major theme, one has to face the reality of polymorphism of technologies and cultures on the one hand, and pay due attention to the development of home born technologies and cultures that focus on therapeutic effects on the other. One shall not blindly pursue high and sophisticated technologies, at the expense of possible desirable economic and social benefits brought up by improved compound preparations. In the meantime, authors hold that under the guidance of new medical models, one should develop system biology in a vigorous manner, in an attempt to make it a useful tool for supporting TCM research. Such an effort will spur up a change of traditional methods used in TCM research, and lead to improved methodologies. The collision caused by Western epistemology is a momentum, rather than an obstacle.
