摘要
目的:玻璃纤维桩以不同粘结材料粘固于根管内,测量并比较固位力的差别,为临床上选用合适的粘结材料提供参考。方法:将完整的已行根管治疗的离体人上中切牙30颗,分别于邻面釉牙骨质界水平截断,并机械预备根管,然后包埋在塑料柱内,随机分为3组,每组10个,用XL-50A型拉力试验机测量并记录桩脱位时所受的拉力。结果:3种粘结剂粘固同种大小桩时,粘结力相互间均有显著差别(P<0.05)。结论:不同粘结剂对玻璃纤维桩的固位力有显著性影响。
Objective: To test and compare the retention of glassfiber post cemented with three cements in order to provide a gnidline for clinical choose of luting cement. Methods: Thirty human maxillary middle incisors which had been completely filled were sectioned at the enamelo - eemental junction level and post - holes were prepared. All roots were embedded in the center of plastic eolum and divided into 3 groups randomly. The glassfiber post was cemented with three luting cements. Each sample was mounted on a tensile testing machine with crosshead speed of 110mm/min. Constant tensile force was applied until the post was dislodged. Results: When three cements cemented the same sized post, their retention were significant different ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Different luting cements significantly affect the retention of glassfiber post.
