真性红细胞增多症患者血清红细胞生成素水平的变化及其临床意义

摘要
我们采用放射免疫法测定55例真性红细胞增多症（PV）患者及8名健康对照的血清EPO水平，并分析PV患者血清EPO水平与临床表现、血常规结果和干细胞培养结果等多项指标的相关性，探讨PV发病机制及血清EPO水平检测的临床意义。
