关节镜下同种异体肌腱重建膝关节前后交叉韧带的临床研究

A Clinical Study on Reconstruction of Cruciate Ligaments with Homologous Ligaments under Arthroscopy

目的探讨关节镜下同种异体肌腱重建前后交叉韧带的疗效。方法前后交叉韧带损伤14例在关节镜下应用由山西骨组织库提供的同种异体肌腱进行交叉韧带重建,观察并记录治疗前后的症状、体征变化和Lysholm评分。结果全部病例均获得随访,时间6～37个月。所有病例无膝前区疼痛,2例体检仍出现阳性体征。治疗前后Lysholm评分分别为(45±1.2)分和(94±2.9)分,差异显著(P<0.01);治疗后关节功能明显改善,症状基本消失。结论关节镜下同种异体肌腱重建膝关节交叉韧带疗效显著,可避免自体移植物取材后造成的并发症。

Objective To evaluate the effect of reconstruction of cruciate ligaments with homologous ligaments under arthroscopy. Methods Fourteen patients with different cruciate ligaments injury were reviewed retrospectively. All were reconstructed by the homologous ligaments provided by shanxi bone tissue bank under arthroscopy. The symptoms and Lysholm score were recorded before and after operation respectively. Results All the patients were followed up from 6 to 37 months. The statistically significant differences were seen in Lysholm score between preoperatively and postoperatively （average 45 ± 1.2 preoperatively and 94 ± 2.9 postoperatively） （P 〈 0.01 ）. Symptoms were relieved and the function of knee joint was ameliorated. Conclusion Reconstruction of cruciate ligaments with homologous ligaments is effective for avoiding the complications of autografts.
