梅毒的诊断和治疗策略 被引量：28

摘要 梅毒是一种慢性感染性疾病，几乎可以累及所有器官和系统，其广泛流行和传播已成为世界各国，包括我国在内严重的公共卫生问题。梅毒在欧洲流行始于15世纪，在19世纪迅速蔓延。20世纪60年代后，性观念的变化和避孕药的推广使梅毒的发病率显著上升，70年代末，随着AIDS的出现，性传播疾病（STD）逐渐得到重视，而梅毒作为促进HIV传播的因素之一，引起世界各国新的研究兴趣。WHO估计每年有3．4亿例次新发性传播疾病。梅毒是热带地区居第二或第三位的引起生殖器溃疡的病因，在爱尔兰、德国和美国的危险人群中，
