企业风险传导进程中的耦合性态分析

Analysis on Characteristic of Coupling in the Course of Enterprise Risk Conduction

本文主要从风险传导的研究角度出发,对企业风险传导的内涵从狭义和广义两方面作了界定;然后对风险传导中各种风险因子之间的耦合效应进行了分析,并把它划分为零耦合、弱耦合和强耦合三种类型;最后文章借用物理学上触发器工作原理深入研究了风险强耦合的形成机理,进而深化了对企业风险传导机理的认识。

This paper does the research from the aspect of risk conduction. Firstly it defines the concept of enterprise risk conduction in the narrow sense and broad sense. Then the paper studies the coupling effect among kinds of risk factors in the course of enterprise risk conduction, and divides the effect into three types： zero coupling, feeble coupling and strong coupling. Lastly, the paper deepens the research about formed mechanism of strong coupling by using the working principle of trigger for reference. This will help to deepen the research of conducting mechanism about enterprise risk.
