高强度聚焦超声治疗裸鼠卵巢癌皮下移植瘤的初步观察

Preliminary observation for high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of subcutaneous ovarian cancer of nude mice

目的观察高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗裸鼠卵巢癌皮下移植瘤的病理变化。方法将12只接种人卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3的裸鼠,当肿瘤体积达1.0cm3左右时,采用HIFU照射治疗肿瘤的外侧约1/2。于治疗后即刻和治疗后2周分别观察病理变化。结果镜下见靶区内肿瘤组织完全凝固性坏死。结论HIFU能够有效治疗裸鼠卵巢癌皮下移植瘤,可望成为治疗卵巢癌有前途的新方法。

Objective To observe the pathological changes of ovarian cancer in a nude mouse model using high-intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU）. Methods A total of 12 female athymic nude mice were inoculated at hip subcutaneously with SK- OV3 human ovarian cancer cells. When the average tumor volume was about 1.0 cm^3 , the outer half of tumor was treated using high-intensity focused ultrasound. The changes of pathology was observed after treatment immediately and after 2 weeks. Results Histological examination confirmed a complete coagulation necrosis in treated region. Conclusion HIFU had the powerful effect of accurately destroying ovary tumor in a nude mouse model. HIFU has the potential to serve as a treatment for ovarian cancer.
